​This process is very simple, if you see a unit / week listed that you are interested in, submit your request in writing, with your check for $1000.00 per unit requested, via U.S. mail (or express mail) to:

Your deposit will be used to initiate the legal foreclosure process through an attorney so the deposit to begin the foreclosure process is refundable only if the current owner decides to keep the unit and pays all delinquent fees and expenses. If that occurs your deposit will be refunded or you could apply it to another unit / week.

Please DO NOT combine your unit foreclosure request check with your maintenance fees.

When the unit has cleared the foreclosure process and is free and clear a deed will be issued in the new owner’s name. The maintenance fee will be assessed in and for the year the unit will actually be available for occupancy.

We cannot trade a unit you currently own for one on the list. Good luck with your unit week request and we look forward to seeing you soon at the Turtle Inn Beach Club.
