Foreclosure Sale

The following unit/weeks are currently in the foreclosure process. Once the process is complete, they will be listed on the Turtle Inn website and sold to the first qualifying buyer. To give owners the first chance to purchase these units, we are putting the list of potential units out for you to review. If you are interested in and would like to purchase one before they are made available to the general public, you can contact Mary at (386) 761-0426 for additional details or to place a hold on your desired week. Please note, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be required to place a hold on a unit/week. The only exception to a refund would be if the owner decided to pay all costs and remove the unit/room from the foreclosure process.
