Foreclosure Sale

The units/weeks on the document below are currently in the foreclosure process. Once the process is complete, they will be sold to the first qualifying buyer. Feel free to review the list of rooms and if you are interested in one of the rooms, please follow the instructions at the top of the page.

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to place a hold on a unit/week.
The only exception to a refund would be if the owner decided to pay all costs and remove the unit/room from the foreclosure process.
